Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website or agreed communication channels.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online card payments
- Cash payments in person
- Card payments in person via card machine
Full payment may be required before the tour begins.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
Weather Conditions
In case of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. Your safety and experience always come first.
Northern Island Bike reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and following all safety instructions provided during the tour.
Northern Island Bike is not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the tour.
Participants should ensure they are physically able to take part in the activity.

Liability
Participants join the tour at their own responsibility. By participating, customers acknowledge the inherent risks involved in outdoor and cycling activities.
Northern Island Bike is not liable for injuries, accidents, delays, or damages caused by circumstances outside our control.
